Sarmadi briefed the Hezballah leader on the outcome of the nuclear talks which ended in the Swiss city of Lausanne on April 2 with releasing a joint statement dubbed as the Swiss Statement in Iran.
The two officials also exchanged views on various regional developments including the current situation in Yemen.
Sarmadi, who is also deputy foreign minister, arrived in the Lebanese capital heading a delegation on Wednesday.
He has met with Lebanese Parliament Speaker, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Nabih Berri, Tammam Salam and Gebran Bassil respectively.
He also attended two press conferences in Beirut.
The Iranian diplomat also met leaders of the Palestinian groups residing in Lebanon on Thursday.
